Full Contract
We can manage your building project from start to completion on a full contract basis. Coordination and management of all sub-contractors and suppliers. From arranging permits, liaising with you, the architect and sub-contractors.
Labour Only Contract
The job can be done on a labour only basis, where the client manages the process, however Bell Construction Ltd will assist you as and when required.
We can also refer you to sub-contractors in which we have a working history with and would recommend.

A Guarantee of Quality
As a Certified Builder I can apply for a ten year Guarantee for all new homes we build. Specifically developed for CBANZ, it’s called a Homefirst Builders Guarantee and is continually evolving to ensure that clients obtain the best possible cover. This guarantee is also available for homeowners having alterations or additions done.
