Designed by Pip Cheshire, one of New Zealand’s leading architects, this residence consists of two parallel gabled structures that nestle into the slope of the land.
Its high, open, airy rooms allow continuous views out while still offering a strong sense of warmth and enclosure.
It is primarily constructed in unfinished hardwood timber and raw concrete, allowing it to soften into the coastal landscape.
